Our story
Built on honest advice and fast hot water
Jen and Doug, a veteran and longtime plumbing pro, started HOTCO after watching homeowners wait days for a simple water heater swap. He and Jen built a company that answers the phone, shows up fast, and treats every home like their own.
Today our trucks roll out of Roseville to homes from Auburn to Elk Grove. Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers, and we are proud of that.

"On a quiet Sunday morning our 25-year-old water heater started leaking. Jen answered in two rings, gathered the make, model and capacity, and gave a detailed, very fair quote immediately. In about 60 minutes, on a Sunday, Mathieu arrived and had the new water heater installed with a drain pan, expansion tank and earthquake straps in under two hours.
